Why am I doing this?

We’ve renovated all kinds of property in many different locations! Big cities, small country town and everything in between. We were able to get a short term loan from a family member for 8 weeks allowing us to renovate prior to settlement and settle and hold with only $5k of our own money.

I have control of my time and destiny. I choose when I want to work, who I want to work with and where I work. I do not have to travel to get to work. Every day, I get to eat breakfast, lunch, and supper with my wife and 3-year-old daughter. In reality, the easiest way to convey the true advantage is that what I do does not feel like work.
It has given Elise the chance to step away from our company and devote her whole attention to our well-being and that of our daughter Olivia. Olivia has never attended day care, we eat organic food, we’re healthy, and that’s essential to our family.
Okay, How Much Will It Cost To Attend?
I’ll simply get right to the point. I could provide a slew of discounts and incentives, but that’s not how I play. I’ve outlined what will be addressed above, and I’ve priced this event to be cheap for everyone. If you can’t see the value potential on the table right now, this isn’t for you.
$997 for a single ticket to two full days of training.
That works out to be less than $500 each day. The days will be from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Given that most of the professional consultants I employ charge between $300 and $400 per hour, a whole day for less than $500 is a steal.
That being said, it’s not about the hourly rate; it’s about how much money you’ll be able to generate with the knowledge you’ll get.
The better question to ask yourself is whether you believe a $997 investment to learn the tools and obtain the systems and checklists that will allow you to make $25,000 – $50,000 PLUS on simple renovation projects and then progress to the point where you’re managing multiple properties at once is reasonable.
