BodyStrong I: Overview
BodyStrong is a month-long program that will significantly strengthen and tone your entire body. It has excellent workouts and difficult motions that will isolate and engage the muscles in your arms, legs, abs, and booty! We’ll engage your entire body over the month, leaving you feeling wonderful in your own flesh!
I was never strong, and it took me years to achieve the strength and knowledge that I now have. This series has all of the workouts, suggestions, and tactics that have benefited me and that I know will help you! I wish something like this had been available when I was wanting to establish and grow my practice!
The approach used in this series is what distinguishes it. Rather of exercising the muscle until it begins to burn, we will work until it is exhausted and then continue through the burn to ensure that you get the most out of your exercise! Because we repeat the lessons throughout a month, you will get comfortable with the motions and will be able to focus on improving body awareness.
This series isn’t about being huge or bulky; instead, it’s about creating long, lean muscles with precise workouts. I’m really pleased of this program and can’t wait to assist you in taking your strength and practice to the next level!
BodyStrong II: Overview
BodyStrong II is an expansion of BodyStrong I that will significantly strengthen and tone your entire body. While you will continue to build strength, this series will also focus on increasing body awareness, including arm balances, handstands, and numerous more complex postures.
I didn’t have the strength or body awareness when I initially tried inversions. This series is intended to excite you and provide you with the tools you need to increase your muscular power and generate heightened awareness in your movements.
Though not as physically demanding as the previous program, these sessions are more technical. We’ll start with my Arm Balances and Handstands tutorial, where I’ll go through how to push to handstand, how to correctly enter Crow, and get you ready for the rest of the content. Then we’ll put those talents to the test as we put your core, arms, legs, and booty to the test!
Our objective is not to grow huge or bulky, but rather to create long, lean muscles through precise workouts. BodyStrong II will put all of your strength to use to increase your body awareness and develop your practice!
